Today I will not use Porn because i have much more productive work to spend my time and energy on.

 

Today i will not PMO because i want to reboot my brain, want to see the positive aspects of live, not the negative ones

 

Today I will not PMO because although life is tough, PMO only causes more misery to God and my family, and I never want to hurt them.

Today I will not use porn because recently I watched a nostalgic movie that reminded me of my childhood and I was thinking on how much promise I had, and how innocent I was, and I feel like porn has wasted a large portion of my promise and taken away a lot of my innocence. I also feel that it will continue to cost me unless I do something drastic, erase all porn from all drives and storage devices, and log into NoFap everyday in order to stop it from costing me further.

Dont beat yourself up too much! I think most of us have been there at some time, I know I have. At least your on here and and trying. I have a goal of stopping PM for good and am finding this site very helpful and supportive so want to add some support back. You can do it!
