Today I will not use porn because I believe it is wrong. I am working towards being a man with confidence and convictions; how can I become that if I am unable to follow my own convictions?

 

Today I will not use porn because everyday that passes without it I think about it less.

I relapsed today, but I learn from this relapse . Day 0 for me.

 

Today I will not use porn because I want to get in touch with my emotions.

 

Today I will not use porn because I am honoring my wife!

Today I will not use porn because the fleeting pleasure it gives is so not worth years of life-changing addiction.
