    Today I will not watch porn because tomorrow will be my day 14 ... 2 weeks without porn and I'm so grateful for the nofap thing, but more than that I'm grateful for this thread specifically, my day counter started to really grow just after I decided to read and write into this thread EVERY SINGLE DAY. And it's working. Thank you guys!!!

    Today I will not PMO because I have a really good streak going and I’m already starting to feel a focus and motivation that I’m not willing to lose in a single moment of gratification.

    Today I will also not use nicotine because I think it makes me annoying and I don’t want to replace one addiction with another.

    Today I WILL meet my health and fitness goals because I can only achieve the health I want to have by sticking to my plans 100% every day. No cheat days or “rest” days.

    Hoy no voy a usar porno porque deseo una nueva vida para mi familia mi adicción estubo causando muchos problemas. Perdi mi trabajo, no cumplia lo que promitia, no termino lo que empiezo y actuo con inmadurez porque mi cerebro solo piensa en el PMO. Eso quedará en el pasado a partir de hoy.
