Today I will not use porn because I have better things to occupy my time with that will actually enable me to grow!

 

Today I won't watch porn because I want to be together with the girl I'm in love with, hopefully find out she feels the same and be the best possible man for her without any P trash in my head, destroying intimacy and making me feel wortless and avoiding people.

Thanks man, yeah a long term goal of mine is to get to a point where I abstain forever, but at this point I'm setting small term goals to help me reach 90 days.

I don't want to set the expectations too high for myself, but I do want to understand the bigger picture involved with this addiction.

I honestly think it takes most people way longer than 90 days to completely reboot.

I'm sure there are a few non severe cases where 90 days really helped someone recover, but I'm not in that list of non severe cases sadly, but I wouldn't say I'm severe either, which is why I know I have a problem, but I'm lucky in the sense that I have it easier than a lot of other users on here, plus my APs are awesome, so they try to keep me out of trouble. I'm blessed to have them.

 

Today I will not use porn because I will be the best husband and dad I can be - porn takes life away from both me and my loved ones.

Restarted since I haven't been on here daily since Friday, but I've been porn free since the last time I came on here.
