Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

Today I will not use porn because I've got my first date in over ten years coming up and I want to have a respectful attitude towards women. I also need all the confidence I can get!

 

Today, I will not use porn because my goal is only 2 days away. I can't turn back now.

 

Today I will note use porn because - A life with porn KILLS you're awareness and a life without porn makes you more aware.

 

Today I will not watch porn because this has been a good day, and unfortunately Porn doesn't care about that and just wants to ruin things! I say no to porn! NO!

Day 5. Today I will not use porn because life is more fulfilling when I'm not using it.

 

I did not use porn today just because...

 

I will not look at porn today or tonight, because if I do I won’t be able to do the difficult but good and necessary work to love and heal what’s going on inside of me that drives me to cover it up with porn.

 

Today I will not masturbate because struggling with yourself is one of the hallmarks of a human being.

 

Today I will not use porn because it was controlling me and I know I will turn that situation around.

 

Today I will not use porn because it's wrong to use porn.

Plus the huge guilt, embarrassment, shame, dissatisfaction, emptiness, grossness, and destruction that comes along with it.

 

Today I will not use porn because I made a promise to you guys, my brother fapstronauts, that I'll stop this addiction and help them as well.

Also it is really disgusting. I mean, who watch porn??

 

Today i WILL NOT use porn BECAUSE I NEED to be STRONG and CONFIDENT in my life.
