Daily Intention Thread : "Today, I am... + POSITIVE AFFIRMATION"

I must come back as these last 3 days are proving to be very tough.

Today I shall not use porn as it disgusts me now. I prefer a real person which I can have real love with, intimacy. I have a huge need of intimacy, even before a need of real sex.

Today I will not masturbate as ejaculation twice in a day due to wet dreams cut me off in two parts, destroyed my energy, expecially it hampered my mental energies.

Today I will not use chats to know girls because I have been prohibited from using this mean. It cuts off my energies for real interactions, prevents me from facing my blocks, and it's an underway passage towards erotic chats and consequent PM behaviors.

I care about myself, my looking and my energies. I want to be a better person, a free man

 

Today I will not use porn because I am feeling content with what I have, something rare that happen in my situation right now. So I'm grateful for it.

 

Today I will not use porn because - Life has been much more FULFILLING without it. Abstaining from it builds confidence & that pretty much makes a person realize how much power and percious energy you fed that wrong way of thinking.
