Today I won’t do porn because I wanna spoil my wife and also have a great workout

Today I will not use porn and will not masturbate as both of them cause suffering: emotional pain, additional fear, social anxiety and remorse.

 

Today I'm not going to use porn because I had some perfect opportunities earlier to do so...and didn't...I know how strong I can be in the face of opportunity and plan to stay that way!!!!!!!!!

Today I will not use porn because I'm doing the hard work of rebooting, and I don't want to start over from day 1. I'm working to undo all bad habits and expectations that using porn has trained my mind and body over the years. I'm working to instill healthy and positive habits in my life from now on.
