Today I will not PM because... this is the new way. All my life I used to PMO, watching porn, today I feel like a sad clown. The boost of testosteron will make me more attractive for women. Maybe it is my new way? Maybe lord will show me something new about this way. I don't want to stay clean... but, well, I felt like nothingness when I was watching porn. My longest streak was near to 365 days, and these was days full of tension... One day at a time. One brick to another. And I will be a new man. Maybe this path... will not be so full of suffering. Nofap gaves extra-boost to creativity, discipline.

NO PMO IS IDEAL FOR THOSE WHO PLAN TO MARRY

Then, you can say as GK Chesterton wrote to his wife (then fiance):

“But there are four lamps of thanksgiving always before him. The first is for his creation out of the same earth with such a woman as you. The second is that he has not, with all his faults, ‘gone after strange women.’ You cannot think how a man’s self restraint is rewarded in this. The third is that he has tried to love everything alive: a dim preparation for loving you. And the fourth is – but no words can express that. Here ends my previous existence. Take it: it led me to you.”

YOU ARE IN IT, FINISH IT

Yeah this may look stupid but I don't think it is. A good reason to go on with your streak on NoFap is that you started it, and you started it for a reason. Remember that you told yourself that you were going for 90 days. Now, on your way through it, you may consider ending this. You may ask yourself "what's the point anyway ?", you may see no reason to go on anymore, you just changed your mind. Man you started this, finish it before considering something else. You know you started it for a good reason, so trust your own judgement, and now that you are in it, do not waste your time reconsidering it. This is a trial you deliberately put yourself in, so now go on and succeed.

    PORNOGRAPHY HAS VICTIMS

The porn industry has many victims; many are unwilling and coerced (and on and on). Perhaps you claim that you know that your pornography is not made with these terrible abuses? Let us assume that this is true. Even so: the usage of any pornography increases its market and demand. Thus, the porn industry increases its crimes.

In short, pornography has victims; do not encourage the abuse by using pornography.

ALLEVIATE DIVERSE PROBLEMS BY AVOIDING PMO
    or
    THE BRAIN CAN HEAL (NEUROPLASTICITY)

As already stated in other motivation posts, the abstaining from PMO slowly but surely removes old bad habits with good ones. There is healing day by day. Certain anxieties, thoughts, and addictions can be overcome. The simultaneously simple-yet-difficult step is merely taking no PMO one day at a time.

    ADDICTIVE BEHAVIORS GROW IN TANDEM

Though not completely true, it is common enough (and probably easily found in some science journal) to find that addictive behaviors grow in tandem with other addictive behaviors (a kind of vicious circle). Perhaps you have other problems (non-PMO related) that need to be put into proper perspective? Well then: tackling the PMO issue will help you to gain control in other areas of your life as well. This is not merely a program to gain willpower in order to conquer one's bad habits; no, there is more. Handling one habit has transferrable skills to the handling of another habit; this is not merely growth in willpower but also growth in natural habits. Additionally, there are likely behavioral patterns that will eventually lessen as the body adjusts (so, a biological factor). And finally, less willpower is needed (if one might excuse this expression that makes willpower easily computable) to conquer the remaining bad habits when fewer bad habits are left standing to occupy your strength.

All in all, start taking control of your life; start by eliminating PMO.
