Daily progress - time for a change

It has been 3 days now since I stopped PMO. For it to work, I made some changes to my routine. I now try to exercise once a day and have started to plan my meals. Though it sounds nice I feel like I am on my phone a lot more than before.

Finally, I feel like I have more energy and feel nicer around people.
 
Daily progress 02

This is Day 5-6 without the usual PMO cycle. I feel better, I still have consistency in my cycling training. I'm still on my 10 day shift on a ferry and I think that makes things easier because I'm rarely alone.

Things are going well since I started my 90 day reboot. I have more energy, I am more social, more cheerful and I want to improve. However, I find it more difficult to maintain consistency in my actions when I am with my lover. I think she tends to distracts me from my goals which is not a bad thing in itself but I still have to try harder and be more careful when she is around. Besides, things have been going much better in the relationship over the past 5 days. Also, I had sex with and without orgasm the day before yesterday. I was afraid of the Chaser effect but it's not yet coming (my lover is still with me). I will have to be vigilant since I'm waiting for the Chaser effect to come Soon.

I am grateful for my beautiful relationship with this woman who, after 3 years as a couple, is still blossoming.
I am grateful for my job on a ship that fills me with happiness and passion for sailing
I am also grateful for my health and my legs which carry me so well and so quickly on the bike.

May my energy remain like this, guiding my body and mind to the place of my goals
