Yeah, social media can be really triggering like that. Sure, it's not porn, but I mean it might as well be, because if I'm not careful, I can easily find myself compulsively viewing some collection of hot, non-pornographic pics for two hours and letting my mind go all sorts of places.

Panic button gave me this today . First identify what youre feeling, recognize the situation, then make a step outside yourself and try to make a conscious decision in that state. Concentrate on felling good, let that spill over your consciousness, that helped me before.
