Depends really. Flirting is okay because it's about subtext, but dirty-talk or cybering is a no-no mainly because you can substitute it for porn. For myself, I do a lot better when I cut out stuff like during the reboot process. So, no dirty talk for me.

 

For now, I decided to erase my profiles on datings app and erase them... because i also felt it can be used as a substitute (of the wrong kind) of P. It's very easy to slip from there, maybe send or receive pics, or the language. Also the type of influence. Dirty talk may trigger PMO easily.

Better to look other ways and other healthy replacements for PMO

The profile pics on there are sexually suggestive (especially on tinder).

It's a p-sub. It will count as a relapse. Better to just meet girls in real life

 

Dating apps is pointless. It is stupid, you can never really tell who is behind the messages, and you aren't even talking face-to-face like normal individuals. And I agree, it is a P-Sub. Uninstall them if you have them, and avoid them at all costs.

 

I think it psubs and porn, especially if it is dirty talk. With the dirty talk there can be sharing of pornographic images. In addition there are profiles there that can be pornographic. For me I avoid dating apps, and only resort to dating sites where porn and nudity is banned.
