Day 0 after relapse in NO PMO.

    Should there be a day 0 when you masturbated excessively(7-8 times) after relapse due to the Chaser Effect. If yes how long the day 0 should be.
    As I masturbated multiple times after relapse my libido would be end up.So I have been thinking to start again with day 0 which would be equivalent to 10 days and after then I will start a 90 days streak.Will this be a good idea.

    Whether or not there is a day 0 won't matter after being free from PMO for a month or longer. Still, adding a day 0 may be more honest about your current condition.
