Day 03 Of No P*RN & No Mast*rbation

Today is day 03 of leaving this toxic habit ruining my life since 6 years. This day was very amazing for me from the start of the day I woke up early at 4 AM. I meditated for my purification of mind. I used my energy in making the whole day productive however, some part was still not productive as I had planned yesterday. But I am truly happy after leaving this habit of porn & masturbation because now I feeling internally peacefull and calm.
