Day 1 (Advice Needed Please!!!)

This is my first day trying to quit porn in a while. I am so sick of living this lonely secretive and depressing life style. Porn is consuming all my time and my dating interests and its at a point where I truly cannot live like this anymore, I need a change.

For some background, I am a Mid 20's Male who has bee porn free for month before but has been in a period of relapse for the past two years. I need help getting and staying off PMO for good. I should be out dating and having fun with single women but instead i am staying home and blowing off potential opportunities because I've lost all self control due to this addiction.

Someone please post with some advice, I need help fighting this battle.
 
Deciding to change is the most difficult part, and you already did it. Congratulations for taking the first step. It won't be an easy journey, but you'll find out you're stronger than you think.
