As in other threads I’ve been a long time P consumer and this is yet another of those times where I try to seriously tackle this problem. I’ve just done 16/21 challenge and relapsed, yet I have more awareness and knowledge of the underlying mechanisms (both psychological and biological) so it’s not as the other times, nevertheless having something to be accountable to I think it could make a difference. For fellow users try to understand each layer of your issues and separate them to have a much clearer picture (psychological, physical, social, relationships etc.)
