This is not going to be easy, but it is possible.

Of course it's not easy...literally anything, anything that is worthwhile is hard..i have tried alot..i have failed alot..there were times that i kept asking myself, 'why on earth should i struggle with this?why me??'...i used to see myself as a victim cause i,like most of the people in here, got into this unexpectedly and unknowingly...most of us,if not all of us,weren't aware of the consequences of our actions...cause nobody talked about these things with us as a child..cause nobody taught us...but recently,i have stopped seeing myself as a victim..i decided to be an active nofap member cause i know if i help others and give'em hope,i feel better....i still am trying...i still relapse alot but i learned to learn from my mistakes and start even harder and stronger than before cause you know what?we are the ones who had to learn this lesson the hard way and this is OUR responsibility to raise awareness about this.

Yes. We should deal with this problem as a responsible adult, not a vulnerable child we used to be. We know that we are able to put an end to the addiction.
Btw, why you call this thread 'Day 1 challenge' OP?
