Day 1 of NoFap complete!

    I am an 18 year old male who has been watching porn since about age 14. My masturbation habits have recently worsened in a way where I watch porn and masturbate in order to get rid of school related stress. The longest I have gone without masturbating in the last year has been 6 days, so this time I really want to last longer without an ejaculation. In this challenge, I want to avoid masturbating in order to develop more discipline, but my main goal is to stop watching porn as I now understand the psychological and physical consequences. Since I’m quite new to this I’m very open for ideas anyone has or lessons you learned in your NoFap challenges :)

    Hey welcome brother and thanks for the post! My one quick tip is to make it as hard and risky as humanly possible to view porn. Without porn it's easy not to masturbate.

    Sounds good! Do you have any ideas of how to make it hard? I’ve heard about porn blocking sites, but I don’t really know a lot more. And do you know how to get the tracking of days? When I try to open the link from the starter manual it says that the site is closed. Thanks for the help!

    So this is how I do it. On my phone I installed a parent/child app that blocks all things inappropriate and disables incognito mode and needs permission to install new apps, putting the parent side on my girlfriend's phone who is supporting me through this.
    On my computer I go into the code and delete incognito mode. Install tons of pornblockers that have it so that I can block new already unblocked sites but requires a password that I dont know to unblock sites. Again there is no more incognito so gf can see and tell if history has been deleted. Since I really really don't want to let my gf down that's another big motivator.

    As for counter I accessed it through my profile.
