Hi guys,
After dozens and dozens of failed attempts, I'm on day 10 of NoFap Hard Mode. I'm proud of myself for getting to day 10. It has been a very stressful time recently. I have an 11 day old newborn son who has been back in the hospital with some health issues.
I've made an effort to stay strong during this time and not numb myself out with PMO -- which I've been doing since I was 12 -- I'm 31 now.
Perhaps it's because my wife and I have two young sons, but after 10 days, I'm still feeling very, very tired -- definitely flatlining.
I found myself on instagram and came across a page of bikini clad women. At first I thought it was triggering all the old feelings, and maybe it did for a few seconds, but then I felt NOTHING. I scrolled and clicked on a few images -- nothing. Then i just got off instagram.
Should I be feeling any benefits right now at day 10? Mind you, I've PMO'd almost every day, give or take, for nearly 19 years. I know 10 days to unwork 19 years of addictive behavior isn't going to change my life.
I'd love some words of encouragement. Thanks guys!!
