    Grinding out a few days here and there since I heard about nofap on that Ted Talk. I feel okay today. No plans to pmo today. Just taking things slow. Need to clean the house.

    Then make plans to start exercising again. Still recovery from a social depression that of course triggered me to pmo. The pmo is easier to deal with at this time than the depression. To know that's not always true but these last few days I've been so depressed I haven't felt like pmo'ing.

    Something to feel good about. Just not doing much else. Free for all on food and pc games! Lots of sleep too.

    I totally agree mate. Sometimes you just have to let other things go and do the basics: movies, pc games (LOL for me) and food and cleaning... I cannot quit PMO and also stress myself over other challenges, at least not yet. Keep it up.
