Day 100 of no PMO

I am so grateful to have made it so far. This is the longest I've gone without PMO since the beginning of my addiction.
I wish I was rather addicted to smoking or drinking than being addicted to PMO.
Unfortunately there's nothing I can do about it now but to look forward.
I don't have a long list of benefits to share because I haven't experienced any physical or mental benefits yet. I only know now that I shouldn't PMO. That's as far as I got so far.
I'm determined to conquer the next 100 days of no PMO.
