Day 12 Nofap - Coregasm now the urge is there

New to the site but been looking at few threads over the past 12 days, I mainly started this nofap because my pmo addiction eventually went from straight to transwoman and tbh fcked my head big time and eventually engaged with a few due to this.

Day 12 and i have had a few urges along the way and I have looked at porn literally no longer than 2 or 3 mins and was more to test myself and tell my self I am not interested in this, refusing to get hard then turned it off and tried to forget.

Day 9 was really hard for me couldn't stop thinking about ts vids etc but it is slowly but surely fading away from my brain and I am becoming more attracted to girls again and believe my head is not so fuzzy anymore.

Day 12 - I have been bodybuilding for a 2 or 3 years now and maybe possibly my intensity has improved over these days, but today I was working out my arms and abs, and when I finished and went to go for a leak, I only then realised I must have came without even realising and it just kept flowing, I didn't get hard in the gym or have any thoughts so I guess no damage done.

Only thing is now is that I have a sort of tingling feeling down there ever since this and I feel when it comes to the time of me going out to clubs, bars etc the usual Saturday night out and even any tinder meetings, ill need to fap beforehand so I last the distance and don't explode, as before I would go on for 20 30 mins no problem mainly due to the fapping.

And today is Saturday I'm getting a tingling after this and I feel maybe watching some straight porn is possibly a step in the right direction, as in stopping pmo mainly due to the ts stuff, gradually move maybe too straight pmo again then stop after all.

I keep having the desire to jerk to photos nothing po** related just clothed girls I know and see. Help me out fellas surely I've done well at my first attempt of nofap and can go on a roll the next time around possibly to 25/30 days then reset and just go along like that?
