Hello, I am just concluding day 12 and my right testicle has had a couple moments flaring in pain. Is this normal? This is the longest I've gone without fapping or porn in a very long time
You may have what is called "blue balls". Basically it's where you feel a lot of pressure in your balls and you have this urge to get off to get rid of the pain. I wouldn't worry about it too much, it will pass.
I have had a few times where I had some discomfort in a testicle or two. I sat on one not too long ago and ouch!
