Day 13 low blood pressure

    So its day 13. I am doing great with controlling my urges but from the past 2 days my blood pressure is really low. I am kinda depressed. Dont what is happening. Does anyone know? And how do you guys count you days. I can not update everyday and the day counter does not tell you which day are you in. It tells the streak date which can be really confusing in counting.

    I guess low blood pressure due to nofap is unusual (not many answers...). Better check with your doctor..
