Day 15 and I’ve been feeling sick and bed ridden.

    I’m now on day 15 of nodal hard mode and ever since day 11 id say. I’ve been feeling sick with tiredness, headaches, and not getting out of bed from feeling overall not well. I don’t know how much longer this is gonna last and I was wondering if anyone has some insight on this. ( btw I’m not in a flatline I still have lots of urges and cravings.)
