Day 17 of no Porn ... Libido is gone

I have been doing this rebooting successfully for the first time. I am on a record streak even though it is still very few days. So far I have noticed that my desire to watch porn is there, but is very low. I mean, I know I can keep on going without a problem. I guess my libido is also low, however, if I see a sexy girl walking on the street I still have that desire mentally, but it's just that physically nothing happens to me. I am almost a month of no PMO and I still feel like I might be in that so-called flatline period. I don't know how much longer I will need to wait.

You feel confused when it's gone... but it's easier that way.

Yeah, happened to me too. Right after a month without porn and masturbation I started to get the libido back, and also I started to notice that in the morning I was getting pretty hard erections.

Check out some if the threads on flatline. After the first few days or weeks, the strong urges fade, an we go into a phase that is referred to as flatline. We have to resist the desire to prove to ourselves that we can still function sexually. In flatline, we tend to panic and do anything to get an erection and orgasm. That kicks us back to the first stage and we have to fight the urge to keep on fapping.
If you want to heal, and avoid the endless loop, stay strong with no-PMO. Your body and mind are healing, let them heal. Flatline is a great time to get social. You do not see anybody as a sexual object, so you can relate to them as if they were real people. It is good to have some friends when you have healed and your desires return.

My libido is gone right now. It's actually been really stressing me out.... I've struggled with my sexual identity in the past, whether I might even be on the asexual spectrum. But I realized that with and without porn I was physically aroused by guys, so I am gay. But now that I have no libido because of NoFap, I feel lost again...
