day 18..it is getting tougher

    I am going for 90 days hard mode and had a tough couple of days..it is surreal that I have already gone for so long..I didnt know I have so much of will power..anyway yesterday I was alone in my house for a good 4-5 hours and I didnt do it..had a really strong urge to masturbate but stopped myself..also does the increasing sexual tension/frustration cause difficulty in concentration? Bcoz I have an important exam coming up in 3 months

    same here day 6 compltd ... but strong urges cant focus on study ... all the time feeling horny ....
