Day 180 PMO is a distant memeory

This process rocks guys! I’ve officially hit 180 days. It’s been a long time since I’ve posted. Last post was day 105. I just so happened to log in to share my results and low in behold, I’m at 6 months no PMO. I feel amazing. I’ve still got my amazing Queen in my life and we knock sheets all the time now. P is nothing more than a distant memory of shit. I’m super lean from eating better and all the sex plus the thoughts NEVER creep in. I’m so grateful for deciding to take the NOFAP journey. It’s made me a true ALPHA
