This is one of the longest that I have gone.
But as previously I am not feeling too much ashamed or bad as I previously.
Previously, it was 100% then it was 30-40%.
The reasons,
1. I am feeling very lonely for the past few days and feeling very desperate to talk to someone. I have people but only I talk they answer so not enjoying the talk with all my friends.
2. I changed my recharge pack now I have more internet from the past few days and yesterday I watched but was able to manage but not today, I don't know why but feels like my body needs that.
3. I am again going to the world of watching naked people which I hate but I do.
4. Because of that my mornings begins with the dream of naked people for the past few days.
My current routine after joining NoFap and deciding to change,
1. Woke up at 5 AM in morning go for a run and full body exercise.
2. Reach back Home at 7 AM go for a bath and take my breakfast.
3. After that I go to watch mobile phones till 12 PM and watch all the unproductive things that doesn't mean anything to me.
4. After that I feel bad and think tat I need to study then I study then take lunch at around 2 PM then again watch the phone for 1 hr after that I study for 1 hr or some more then I went to gym.
5. I came back from gym at 6-6:30 PM and I take bath and start watching irrelevant things as before on my mobile phone then I took dinner then I sleep.
Decision made by me to improve,
1. In the first half I will not see my mobile phone at any cost I will try to utilize the first half of my life to maximum that I can
otherwise I will sleep.
But I will not watch phone.
