Day 2 of 100 + My Daily War

    I'm back from after almost a year leaving NoFap. My time here before was somewhat successful. I had a streak of 22 Days, I believe. Where I actually grew a feeling of adversity towards watching Porn. I remember on my 22nd day, or 23rd, when I visited the website I frequent I felt disgust watching amateur porn. But i still forced myself to watch what I consider fake sex. Which simply includes the famous porn actors and actresses.

    So far my life after stopping this goal I set for myself has been relatively stable. If we don't include the nightly PMO sessions.

    I lost my first girlfriend but not due to this addiction. Although, who's to say? I would say I lost her due to my condition as I am Bipolar. And I verbally mistreated her.

    My psychiatrist told me about 7 tissues in the body that self reproduce themselves. Each coming from the prior one. A circle of tissues in the human body. Which the last one being the Reproductive Tissue / Cells. And basically what he told me is that over producing this last tissue can disrupt the natural flow of the other ones. The body whatever. And, yeah. I'm not saying something we don't already know.

    Also, I managed to join a labor union I wanted to join for over years now.

    Anyway, I'm going to try and log in every day and post my daily battle with No PMO. I have some other goals I'd like to accomplish alongside the 100 day feat.

    1. I weight 188.5LBs I'm trying to lose weight
    2. I would like to bike more often. Need to start by buying a bike.
    3. I want to join a coding academy. There's a free one I applied to. I need to finish the application process.!!! (This should be number 1)
    4. Stop spending money
    5. Get a job.. . . . . . ?
    6. Make friends

    I wanted to mention I live in isolation. Any feedback and encouragement would help loads.

    Hey Aklaborer,

    I think it is fantastic that you have set yourself goals - they can really help centre people in life.

    Goodluck for your 100 days no PMO! I wish you all the best.

    From personal experience, I think meditation is great for NoFap. Have you/are you practicing meditation?

    Hey James Thanks for the repost !!!

    Meditation is def very hard for me .let me know the type of meditations you practice and how .

    I usually just practice breathing exercises or zone out to music.
