Today I'm on day 21 of my journey. I'm still experiencing the affects of a flatline with today the major symptom being brain fog. I did figure out that if I strictly follow my diet and sleep schedule these symptoms become less volatile. For some reason I find myself missing porn, and my brain flashes scenes that I remember watching trying to get me to "watch them one last time", surprisingly though I've been able to catch myself. Even more suprising is how well I'm doing today, usually I relapse on day 21, and its generally one of the hardest days for me, but I feel surprisingly in control, I wonder what changed.
