So today is day 22 of my nofap journey and i feel lethargic, tired and i'm not getting any erections whatsoever. not even the slightest bit. It's like i'm dead down there, i have no motivation to practically even get out of bed tbh. Any suggestions on how long this might last ? I'm not sick or anything btw.

You need something to clean your mind and change your mood. What you experinent happens to me quite often and with time, I learned that we have a kind of control on it. Each time it happens, usually I take a cold shower. It kills the mood immediately. Otherwise, meditating works, as well as hypnosis videos on youtube. I'm very sensitive to this so it works. There are plenty of hypnosis videos for having a happy mood.

Whatever you do, you need to do something to change it. This mood can last quite long if you don't do anything about it. :/

    Good luck!

Stick with it buddy! I wish I was at the 22 day mark! There's some chemicals in your head looking to re-balance, let it work itself out, just don't feed it.

  4. Hey mean man-
Sounds like you've hit Flatline. I did at around the day you have also.
I felt like crap 4-5 days then they started getting better. I would have a bad day then good. Real yoyo thing. Eventually it will get better! I'm day 43 no pmo And just starting to come out of fline. Ride it out! Because how you start to feel is unbelievable. And don't worry, it will start working again!

  5. Mean man-
Whatever you do, don't try to see if it works still! (No Mo, or P) your brain is looking around trying to figure it out, and will start the healing (rebooting) during this process. Let your body heal itself! Your doing fine!

What you're experiencing is called flat-line. I went through it for the better part of a month; but it's different for everyone. Once you come out of it you feel COMPLETELY different. You almost have more energy and motivation than you know what to do with. Your mental clarity sky-rockets, your confidence comes back, I could go on. Just push through' er man it's part of the healing process. You brain is just finding its balance again.
