Don't worry mate.You go for porn because it gives you happiness.What if the same happiness would be given to you in a more profitable way? Would you stop watching porn?
-Get down to nice and comfortable place and Meditate for 5-10 minutes.Let the thoughts come,because it is their very basic nature to come and go.You just focus on meditating.Before meditating,try some breathing exercises,believe me,they will give the same HIGH as porn in a more profitable way.

 

Seek out womanly companionship.
I always get flak from Christians around these parts, but that's my best answer.
If you are gay, then talk to gay people.
You are not alone in this struggle. Go out and socialize.

As an atheist, I find it useful and would therefore recommend focusing on these more external, non-religious motivations to stay clean from PMO. Your faith is likely to dwindle in some stages of your life. It can be be a good motivator to quit, but in my opinion not the only motivator. Try turning the question on it's head- Why would you want to go back to PMO?

 

There isn't anything inherently wrong with looking at girls. It's your motivations towards looking at them in the first place that is more important. This challenge shouldn't be about repressing your sexuality. We all need to find a healthy balance.
