Day 3 away from porn

I started to feel a very slight urge an hour ago, but I hopped into a cold shower and it went away quickly. Cold showers really suck for the first three seconds, then you're used to it. But, when you walk out of that shower, you feel like an absolute god! Like, there's nothing in the world that can hold you down, even PMO. Which is why cold showers are a must when going through recovery. It's about time I get some shut-eye, so good night, and best of luck to you all!
