    It's day 3, successfully evaded any kind of sexual content and started exercising for getting quicker benefits during relapse time. I wish i can complete the "Hard mode" with such ease

    Currently i evade any possibility that could lead to M & O such as Porn,Youtube videos or any kind of stuff on internet. Whenever i feel the urge to masturbate i immediately go to my living room where i am not alone and i started talking to someone and gradually that thought or that urge vanishes.
