    Day 3. My longest streak was 7 days, and I will break that record for sure this time.

    One thing that helped was reading a passage in a book where the character has a terrible masturbating problem. It made me view fapping as an outsider, and see how pointless and somewhat pathetic it is when you can't control yourself.I think growing up has to include keeping your hands out of your pants
