    Day 30
    No PMO for 30 days. in i started reading books about Internet Addiction.
    now i m reading "Irresistible" half read. I'm a Internet addict. i uses phone for 12 hours 29 minutes for entertainment purposes. no connection to real world. no personal care, im over weight. my weight is 108kg. I'm emotional eater. i eat food for like animal without any sense of taste. i been watching porn since 16 year of age. porn is only source to cure my loneliness. In Book "irresistible" i come to know how technology kills real interaction with people and world around you. IN HARD MODE.

    I realized I was an internet addict too which makes the non PMO harder. How are you doing though hope your still on your 30 day plus streak :)
