Wow. 30 days. (counters wrong) This is the farthest i've gone in 5 years, ever since i started watching porn at 12. Every day my mood has been all over the place, and this past week has strangely been the worst. I had a wet dream 4 nights ago and mass anxiety and brain fog has accompanied me this past week. I've heard of a flatline effect with unbearable withdrawal symptoms around day 25-40 so maybe thats what im experiencing? Has this "flatline" effect happened to any of ya'll? Or was it the wet dream that has caused the brain fog and anxiety?
