Right now, I'm going through some really tough times. Just an hour ago, my cat had to be put down because of possible stomach cancer. Just seeing her suffering from whatever was in her just made men bawl. Before they put her down, I made sure she was in my lap so that she didn't have to die alone. From this experience, I think I learned a pretty valuable lesson: you have to embrace your suffering before you move on. Whenever something makes you feel like total crap, you have to be honest with your feelings. If you feel sad, embrace it. Don't try to hold it back. When I saw my cat die on my lap, I was sobbing for a solid twenty minutes. I didn't want her to go, I just wanted to keel her in my arms for the rest of my life. Granted, I still feel terrible, but knowing that she doesn't have to suffer any longer makes me feel a little better.
I know, dying cats have nothing to do with PMO, but I just wanted to share my thoughts on situations like this so that maybe someone you can use what I've learned to aid you in recovery. For now, I should probably try to get some sleep. Good night fellow fapstronauts, and best of luck to you all!

Sorry for your loss. I like your attitude towards suffering in general. This way of approach is essential for healing and recovery. All the very best to you too.
