    Hello Guys,
    26M Indian here, Started my Journey in 2018 after break up. Left P completely. Now dealing MO. Today is half way mark.
    I am meditating daily, Skin is better, digestion is better.
    Before Nofap also i was pretty much disciplined. But After Nofap more discipline ensued.

    Also I went through healing after my accident. Lots of good things have happened. And still more patterns and negative limiting beliefs need to be released.

    Keep fighting guys. Victory will be yours
