day 48 feeling better!

I'm feeling more relaxed today!
This is the second day ive felt like this, I went out earlier and felt more commanding and had more presence. By at the same time my body feels nice and relaxed and chilled! Also noticed my guard is lowering naturally it must mean I'm leaving the flatline ever so steadily.

I reached a point of ignorance in my reboot I.e. I'm feeling adequately charged and nofap jsnt so hard or heavy anymore life has come back!

This is an important time to build my discipline as I'm healing up again finally !
