DAY 5 and returning

    I was a member about 3-4 years ago. I was doing well for a short while and fell off.
    My plan is to be much more involved this time around. I hope it helps.
    My shame and self loathing is killing me. I am really going to try to get this and hopefully leave the sick behavior behind.
    I feel disgusting.
