    A lot of the benefits listed on nofap and related things are true for me. These past 5 days have been easier to stay away from porn. I can stay away from porn for the rest of my life. I'm sure I can do it. I'm sure. I know I can do it. I wish I could tell you what helps in the goal of nofap but I don't know. It just happened in my mind that i can tell myself that I don't need to fap or watch porn.
