    It's starting to ache, a bit. I'm trying to figure out if it's just my brain playing tricks on me, because nothing I've read suggests that there are any serious physiological consequences to not wanking, but has anyone else just had their junk ache in the first week?

    Omg. Today my general pelvic region felt kind of stiff/sore. This is also day 5 without O for me. No literal blue balls yet, but I'm guessing its similar.
