Day 53 headaches

day 53 today I had a double wet dream 4 days ago. I have had constant headache for about three weeks it’s usually there with about two or three brakes during the day then it resumes. Main points are more forehead or the top of my head but I feel it everywhere. I get zaps all over my head the side the front the back by the ear everywhere. thy go away in a second. Sometimes pulse for alittle. The 2 days after the wet dream were ok but the past 2 days have been worse I might make a doctors appointment. It just funny how this starts after I start nofap coming off a severe 2-3 time + daily addiction. I kinda feel dizzy sometimes and am really stressed/anxiety all the time mainly paranoid of the symptoms. Anyone feel the same thing I described for an extended period of time?

What are they like?

 

Yeah bro plus the brain fog 3 days it was really bad like aching crazy and then anxiety and paranoia hit and oh boy I had some bad nights. The think that scares me is that random parts will start to pulse for like 1-10 seconds that it carts with increasing or increased pain the when say my forehead is aching. It’s like a shock I feel it by my eyebrows or temples or ears or like above the ears and then it disappears and will maybe show it’s face on another part of the head later.
