Day 53 - Went on two dates!

I don't know what NoFap is doing to me. I had the courage to meet up with two different girls I meet online. One date in the afternoon and one in the evening.

I had a little fear before the dates, but during I was able just to be myself and the conversation was flowing easily. I wasn't scared that I was not enough, I was not needy in any way. Just there to learn about the other person.

This is the first dates after my recent breakup. Could I have done this before NoFap? No way, I was in my head every day telling myself I wasn't good enough for anyone.
