Day 6 Tired and Anxious AF!

    Hey guys so im on day 6 already and im feeling so tired and anxious... on day 3 my aniexty was so drastically reduced but i feel anxious now more then ever. Is this common to feel tired and anxious? I suffer from social aniexty... but on day 3 i felt like that was reduced but has spiked again.

    It's totally common when withdrawing from any addiction to feel difficult emotions, and to have ups and downs. It's part of the process.
