I can now confirm after 60 days that the NoFap benefits are real. They're just not as "powerful" as people may tell you (at least not yet(?). More on this later. Along the journey you will be faced with unbearable loneliness. Sometimes even incomprehensible. When this happens it's important to stay patient and remember that you're NEVER going back to that dark place you once were ever again. When the urges come, just don't do anything. Just let them be. Don't edge, either, that's useless. The benefits are real, but man, if you're doing this to attract women then you will be heavily disappointed. I'm not saying it doesn't work, it does, but don't have that be your focus, otherwise it's never going to work. This is the most important information that I've discovered myself along this journey: You will have A LOT of energy on semen retention... DO NOT waste it on things that are outside of your purpose. Use that energy wisely. For example, worrying about girls and conversations. Sure, it's cool to practice speaking to females every once in a while, but honestly, if you don't have your life figured out already why tf are you focusing on girls? Same with social media. See I've realized that even the internet drains our mental energy. Stop watching pointless videos, reading pointless comments, looking at pointless Snapchat and Instagram posts. Otherwise by the end of the day you're going to be tired asf and you're not going to have any energy to do things that you actually need the energy for. What I've noticed is that when I'm actually focused, and I mean FOCUSED, on my goals and aspirations, that's when female attraction actually starts to work. It's the most backwards thing, but I'll take the lesson. Just don't waste your energy on stupid shit. Take your cold showers, get in the gym, work out, be on your grind, and stay focused. If you want to achieve a long streak, be prepared to feel like the most lonely person on the planet. Don't cry about it, don't give in, but instead just use that time to become great. Thank you and good night.
