So here I go. The dreaded wet dream happened. I was cruising nicely with 63 days no PMO and on my way to 90. But early this morning I had a huge wet dream and I couldn't control it. Now I feel horrible and that I messed up. The peace and control I was feeling up until now is gone. While I believe this may not be a reset, what do you guys think I should do? Should I reset my clock? or just remove O from the clock? I use it to track all three things, now would need to track O separately?
You can't be held responsible for what happens when you're asleep. IMHO, you should subtract 1 day from your total (if that makes you feel better), and move on. Maybe it's just your body fucking with you, trying to get you to turn back from your progress to date. Onward!
Wet dreams are the natural way by which our body expels the semen buildup... They are essential and should be seen as normal... You should just move forward as usual and avoid overthinking on it...
What he said ^^^^ Wet dreams is a way to tell that your sexual functions are returning to normal. over the last 30 years I have had 1 wet dream. I am 40! I can't wait to have one. Take this as motivation that you are on the right path, instead of an excuse to relapse. Keep going, you are doing it. best wishes.
A wet dream Is ok, bro no need to reset. You can't prevent a wet dream (as far as I know). As long as you don't "intentionally" sexually stimulate yourself (masturbating) youll be fine. Any thing done in your subconsious (sleeping etc) is out of your control (as far as I know).
Wet dreams are a great sign that your body is actually looking for something to get turned on by. As you're not giving it with porn it's looking inwards and later it will look outwards into someone you really like. It's a good and interesting process. You can't control them so don't blame yourself. The discharge and orgasm can make you feel like you relapsed and gave you a chaser effect. Make an effort to continue your life as you were going and don't let it affect you. 64 days is an amazing streak!! Congratulations man! keep going!
