Day 7 first noticeable improvement

    I'd be lying if I said that something magical happened so far 10 hours I was anxious af and I slept for 5 hours last night .. But let me tell you the first change I'm 6'1 for 57 kg BMI 16.5 I don't eat much... But I noticed so far, I eat much more... In other words, I enjoy eating It makes me feel kinda better... And it's a nice first step
