Day 7 of my Reboot - Day 1 of this Community

I'm currently on Day 7 of a reboot without masturbating, porn, or orgasming. I am also not sexually active so I guess that would mean I'm rebooting on hard mode. I had typically masturbated to porn to satisfy my sexual urges and I would masturbate with porn to the point of orgasm daily.

I do not have any sort of porn induced erectile dysfunction or porn addiction. I am just trying to control and manage my masturbating because I heard that resetting the pleasure sensors of the brain can affect the response to orgasms.

I also do not plan to have reboots that last long periods. Is there a forum or a group for someone looking to limit their masturbating? Maybe one where reboots last only 1-2 weeks but members plan to follow with several consecutive reboots.
